Giving back to those in need!
This past weekend we linked up with local area e-liquid manufacturers Source Code, Stache Rides and Seattle area vape shop Strange Clouds Premium Vapor Lounge were at the Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA for the annual NW Toy Run. We had Madi Wilson and crew represent Banzai, take some pictures, raise some money for charity and try to keep warm and dry!
Setup at the event was the "Vape Alley" where people could purchase e-liquid and other vape goodness. Over $2,000 was raised, with the proceeds going to purchasing toys for Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Madi and the owners of Stache Rides, Source Code and Strange Clouds went down to local toy shop, The Learning Sprout, to pick out the goodies.
If you weren't able to make it out this year, make sure and follow NW Toy Run's facebook page for the event next year.
Local shops also gave back. We helped setup a toy box in 10 shops around the Pacific Northwest and had over 200 unopened toys donated. Half of the toys went to Toys 4 Tots and the other half went to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
Both events were a big success, a lot of fun and helped out some kids in need during the holiday season. A big shout-out to NW Toy Run, Pacific Raceway, Jerry from Source Code, Chris and Andrea from Stache Rides, everyone at Strange Clouds and to all the vendors who helped out (The Vaporium, Vape D Lish, South Sound Vapor Lounge, Vapor St8, Steampunk, Maxx Vape, Obsidian Vape, Vapor Cafe and The Vape Tank NW)
