Focus Group Sign Up!



Now that Birthday Cake is the flavor profile that won, let's continue the adventure! Below you'll find a form to fill out, if you'd like a chance to enter a focus group. What's the focus group for? Over the next couple of weeks we will begin picking some lucky people out there to receive some flavor concepts from Banzai's flavor creation expert, Chris! We will ask for your feedback on these samples and get your help to build an e-liquid for Tia's line!

I have been vaping years on 2/2/2018 and Tia has been there for me every step of the way. Her consistent postings truly helped keep me on track in the beginning and I will buy her juice no matter what, but she also lead me to Banzai where I enjoy their juices as well. I would be honored to be in her focus group…..Love to you….Love to all…Kitten

Congrats Tia!! I cant wait to try out your flavor that Bonzai has blended up. I would love to be part of the focus group as well. My local vape shop does this occasionally with their house juices and i love to fill out the card for them. They give a 10 ml blank bottle and no other info unless there is peanut or coconut since there are a lot of people with allergies. You have to list what flavors you can taste in the juice seperately and then they give u 4 diff versions to try and vote on…its so much fun.
